Home Depot - Employer Brand

My role: Creative concepting and art direction.

Inspired by the iconic orange aprons that all employees (yes, even corporate roles) are given, the employer brand uses bold headlines and customized pin flair to show the breadth of the employee experience for so many varied Home Depot employees.

Working directly with a copywriter on the concepts, and refined with the help of the Creative Director, this was the chosen concept of three ideas that were presented to Home Depot. The brand concept was rolled out to digital ads, billboards, and various out of home ad placements including public transit.
